Is She Gone Yet?

My sister is a BEE-OTCH! She doesn't have a job and so she sits around all day until about 9 pm when she goes out with her friends. I'm not complaining though...at least she leaves at some point in the day. It wouldn't kill her to walk the dog every once and a while though. Her major problem is that she freaks out over things that really aren't a big deal. We have the same arguments daily.

Sister: Where did you get that shirt? IT'S MINE! TAKE IT OFF NOW!
Me: Well it's already on and it's dirty now...can't I just keep it on for the rest of the day?
Sister: NO! HOW LONG HAVE YOU HAD IT??? I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR IT FOREVER!
Me: Well in all fairness you wore my clothes all the way through high school so you kind of owe me.
Sister: I F***ING HATE YOU! GET OUT OF MY ROOM!

And this one...

Sister: Did you use my coffee creamer in that?
Me: Yeah, but only a little.
Sister: THIS IS WHY THERE ISN'T ANY LEFT! BECAUSE YOU DRINK IT ALL! GET MY SHIRT OFF!
Me: The coffee creamer is for the house not just you.
Sister: I F***ING HATE YOU!

or...

Sister: WHY ARE YOU WEARING MY SHIRT IN YOUR FACEBOOK PICTURE?!?! WEAR YOUR OWN CLOTHES!
Me: It's not your shirt, it's mine. You took from me years ago and you've had it so long you think it's yours.
Sister: I F***ING HATE YOU!

It's not my fault those clothes look better on me.

My younger sis was forever stealing my stuff. She would claim that it was hers. It just boiled my blood. She finally admitted to her games in the last year. She's 38. Mom still doesn't know what a bitch she is. I have found it just futile to try to explain to my mom the truth about my other 2 sisters. She can just figure it out herself.

Oh, you need to find a job and an apartment... soon!!!

My younger sister was married and living around the corner from my mom's, where I still lived. She'd stop by on her way to work and go through my things (I was at work) and take what she wanted. My mom let her. She thought it was funny. I always knew Mom liked Jeanne best.

I grew up with a younger brother who I hated as much as I loved. I would call him names and get on his nerves constantly - But always stuck up for him if anyone ever did the same.

I am sure you and your sister will be laughing about this post in 20 years time ... If you haven't killed each other already ;0)

Never had a real sister, only a "big sister/big brother" sister...it did not go well. Hell, it did not go well with the biological siblings (all 3 brothers).

I am not sure how I would act to the t-shirt thing other than: BITCH: Get your own! That is complete disrespect and discourteous...I say that in the kindest way.

(thanks for stopping by!!!...I promise I wont take your t-shirts ~ but I will ramble, bitch and moan)

Hey, I got here through Missy's blog.

My little sister is 12 years younger than me, so we never really had the clothes issue. Although, when she was 2 I walked into my room, which we shared, and found her with my pants on backwards, my shirt on, and trying to put on my shoes. It was adorable.

I feel for you.

Oh, wow, my little brother pulled shit all the time while we were growing up, and worse, when we were adults still living at home. He's my mom's baby, though, so he can do no wrong. It's just the way it is.

My sisters and my relationship is good... as long as we dont live together for too long. We can tolerate each other for a few days and even a month at a time, but sometimes living with someone makes you realize all the annoying crap they do.

as the mother of teenagers I can only cringe. I do have 2 oder sisters, but they were in college by the time I went to high school, so we didn't have a lot of those fights. I feel for you tho. Good luck!

wow. you'd think you guys would be getting along a lot better considering you guys didnt see much of each other for a while. You'd think someone with so much time to do nothing would just relax a little bit. sheesh.
